Problems viewing Video?

If you have problems viewing our videos, please see solutions below :

MAC USERS
We provide links to Flash versions of all our videos but you can download the free Windows Media Components for Quicktime Flip4Mac plugin which will enable you to play Windows Media Videos on your mac.

Download it from Microsoft here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=...

INTERNET EXPLORER
When you open up the page with video on, you may see the place where the video should be and a red cross - a message may also pop up in a yellow information bar at the top of the browser window with the following message:

"The website wants you to run the following add-on 'Windows Media Player' from 'Microsoft Corporation'. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here"

You need to click on the message and select Run ActiveX Control
A pop-up message will then ask you if you want to run the ActiveX Control - select RUN

If you see the message 'Do you want to allow ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run?' each time you view the website, you may need to enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins which will allow the windows media player add-on to run.

To enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins :
In Internet Explorer menu at top of window:
Select Tools
select Internet Options
Select Security
Click Custom Level
Scroll down until you Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins section - this may be set to prompt
which means you will be asked each time you view a video on the webpage - so you need to change this to enable and then save your settings.

FIREFOX
If you are having problems viewing videos in Firefox you may need to Download the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin. Please click here to go to the download site.
